The first step to access our shop!

In order to access the Hydroservice ecommerce platform, the first step is to register:

  • Go to the Registration page and enter your name, surname and your login credentials
  • You will receive an email at the indicated address reporting a link to click
  • You will land on a page where you will have to enter the personal data of your company
  • Once this data has been submitted, your registration will be completed
  • To access the shop, just go to the Login page and enter the saved credentials

We remind you that it is possible to register only one user for a single VAT number.

The purchase

Choose the products, choose the location and pay

The purchase procedure is very simple:

  • Go to the e-shop page and select category, sub-category and code, or search for them using the search field
  • Add the desired quantity to cart
  • Go to the cart page through the link on the menu
  • Proceed to purchase through a PayPal account or credit card
  • You will receive an order confirmation email; you can still consult the status in the appropriate section of the Customer Area

To access the Customer Area, simply click on the customers area menu button, and then you can:

  • View the order history, and, for each order, view the status, tracking and invoice
  • View and modify your personal data
  • View and edit active locations, and create new ones
