Hydroservice has developed an after-sales management system to allow operators who are going to intervene on the systems to immediately find information and make any reorders. 

On the systems the operator can find a QR-Code, which can easily be photographed from a mobile phone, with which, after registering, he will be able to view the details of the component, and will be able to proceed quickly with a reorder.

By framing the QR-Code on the plate on the control unit, you can access all the information relating to the system and view diagram, user and maintenance manual, identify spare parts and also request quick and targeted assistance.

Using the QR-Code, our technicians will immediately identify for which control unit Customer needs assistance, and they will be ready to provide technical operational instructions to the customer in a fast, safe and effective way.
