90 Compact hydraulic blocks

The challenge:

To design a hydraulic block that was as compact as possible, so that the cabinet intended to house it was of limited size, and to make 90 copies of it.

Reducing the footprint also means reducing weight and costs.

We succeeded by betting everything on three pillars: the passion for what we do, our experience and teamwork.

Hydroservice designs and manufactures hydraulic blocks according to customer needs using its Mazak machining centres, located in a dedicated factory.

The blocks can also be pre-fitted with the project components and subsequently tested under pressure in all their functions.

On-shore

The 90 AISI316 control blocks for ESD actuators will be installed on gas extraction platforms in Qatar.
