What Hydroservice has developed
The project development includes emergency shut-off valves (ESD), one for each plant.
Hydroservice designed, manufactured, and tested, the self-supporting hydraulic power packs for ground installation feeding spring-return glyph actuators (single-acting).
Based on the requirements of the end customer's specifications and technical alignments, the main components, materials of construction, and operating logic were defined.
As a result, the power plant has a tank for collecting all plant oil in painted AISI 316.
A piston accumulator for emergency maneuvering of all actuators, constructed of painted carbon steel in accordance with ASME VIII Div.1 - U stamp and associated back-up N2 cylinders.
All instrumentation, also made of AISI316, and hydraulic equipment were installed inside a purpose-made cabinet with IP65 rating.
The control panel and junction boxes, all in painted AISI316, are installed externally and are sufficient in number to connect digital and analog utilities separately.
