Hydroservice in co-operation with Petrolvalves, one of its key Client, presents at Valveworld Dusseldorf 2018 the “Valve Torque Monitoring System”. This device easily connected to the valve on-board instrumentation allows the data acquisition and transfer to a dedicated web platform to allow the remote condition monitoring of the valves.
The control unit performs the most classic of applications, namely the hydraulic control for locking and unlocking the equipment of a machining center. But in this case the difference, or rather the innovation, is given by the type of instrumentation and the connection method between the control unit and the electrical control panel of the machine.

From today, our service makes use of remote assistance with smart glasses, to offer customers our quality maintenance in ever shorter resolution times, improving after-sales service. The technicians in the field can now receive immediate support from our team who, remotely, is able to support them in real time through voice commands and visual instructions integrated with the images of the reality on which the technician himself is working. This allows us to exponentially increase the level of competence we bring to the field, and to reduce the response times, to be ever closer to the needs of our customers.

Hydroservice, always committed to innovation and the highest standards of efficiency, has developed an advanced after-sales support system designed to provide customers with immediate, accurate, and personalized assistance. At the core of this innovation is a smart QR-Code, applied directly to the hydraulic system. QR-Code: Direct Access to the Hydroservice World Upon delivery of the system, Hydroservice applies a unique QR-Code label to each control unit. With a simple action — scanning the code using a smartphone or tablet — operators can access a comprehensive digital platform offering a range of functions: Instant access to technical documentation: user manuals, maintenance guides, functional diagrams, layouts, and other customized resources. Identification of system components and spare parts. Direct access to the Hydroservice E-SHOP, enabling quick purchase of original spare parts or submission of personalized quote requests. Technical support requests, including system traceability and automatic transmission of relevant data to the Hydroservice technical team.
Engineering
When the project requires it, we integrate electrical components, sensors, control logic, and monitoring systems to make the hydraulic system easier to manage, safer, and aligned with the plant's operational needs. Our goal is to develop solutions capable of monitoring functional parameters, performing diagnostics, collecting data, and integrating with connected industrial environments, including IoT and Industry 4.0 applications. Sensors We integrate sensors and control devices to measure pressure, flow rates, temperature, levels, and other system parameters. Monitoring We implement solutions for supervising operational data, supporting operational control, diagnostics, and maintenance. Control Logic We assist in defining functional and safety logic based on the hydraulic system architecture and operating conditions. IoT and Industry 4.0 When required by the project, we develop systems designed for data collection, monitoring, and integration with the client's digital infrastructure.
Service
Every system is equipped with a QR code that, when scanned with a smartphone, gives instant access to all component information From a single point: diagrams, user and maintenance manuals, spare parts and assistance requests Component reordering is fast and straightforward Our technicians identify the system immediately and intervene in a targeted and effective way
