Hydroservice research does not stop

From today, our service makes use of remote assistance with smart glasses, to offer customers our quality maintenance in ever shorter resolution times, improving after-sales service.

The technicians in the field can now receive immediate support from our team who, remotely, is able to support them in real time through voice commands and visual instructions integrated with the images of the reality on which the technician himself is working.

This allows us to exponentially increase the level of competence we bring to the field, and to reduce the response times, to be ever closer to the needs of our customers.
