What does UNI/PdR 125:2022 provide for?

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice, developed as part of PNRR Mission 5 and coordinated by the Department for Equal Opportunities, is the result of inter-ministerial work involving institutional, economic and social actors. While it is not a mandatory standard, it represents a recognized and validated tool to guide companies on a measurable path toward gender equity.

Through the adoption of specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), the practice aims to monitor and improve:

  • women's presence in the different areas and levels of the organization;
  • salaries and their gender balance;
  • equitable access to training and growth opportunities;
  • shared parenting, including paternity leave;

  • the spread of an organizational culture that respects differences.

The ultimate goal is to promote systemic, lasting and measurable cultural change.
